Steve Ough
As the founder and Chairman of the Board of Connexa Softools, Steve plays a key role in the strategic direction of the company. His more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector and wide range of experiences in business management continue to provide critical direction through Connexa Softools’ rapid expansion. Steve earned his stripes as an active technology investor and as a founding member of Paranet, Inc., which was purchased by Sprint in 1997.
Bruce Pierson
One of the founders of Connexa Softools, Bruce brings twelve years of manufacturing management experience from his role as a founder of a cleaning and chemical handling equipment Manufacturer for the semiconductor and disk drive industries. Bruce has more than 15 years of software architecture and development experience. Bruce’s experience in both engineering and management roles enables him to understand many facets of complex business processes. Because of his experience in manufacturing, Bruce’s software development perspective is highly practical in nature, focused on bringing useful tools to manufacturers that facilitate build-to-order and product configuration processes with a minimum of disruption to current sales and production processes.
Brian Diamond
Brian joined Connexa Softools in 2007, bringing 15 years of experience in technology implementation, business development, sales management, and manufacturing to Connexa Softools' management team. He previously served as managing director of a Pittsburgh based management advisory firm, held a key leadership position at the Pittsburgh Technology Council, and served in executive leadership positions in several other tech sector companies, including a large telecommunication company. Brian has also taught several entrepreneurial education and management courses to business owners and executives at start-up technology companies. He is certified by the Kauffman Foundation to facilitate their FastTrac education curriculum
