Connexa Softools provides 90 days unlimited technical support for your Flexible Product Framework implementation.  After the initial 90 day period ends, Connexa offers two software support options.  Our Annual Support Contract option gives you unlimited technical support plus all software updates and enhancements as they become available.  Our Hourly Support option allows you to obtain technical support based on an hourly rate as you need it.  With this option, software updates and enhancements can be purchased if and when you need them.  You only pay for the technical support you use or the upgrades you need.
